Support tickets can be logged in one of three ways:
Simply put, we need time to prepare. We may have to arrange an audit of your systems and installation of our management tools, so we can gain remote access to your systems. Also, many customers have services that are tied into an existing provider and either need to be cancelled or migrated over to Netcentrix. We prefer to take the extra time needed to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.
