Can I sign up to a monthly rolling support agreement with no commitment?

In order for Netcentrix to ensure there is enough resource to support customers to the highest standard, all of our Support Agreements have a minimum 12-month commitment.

Can Netcentrix take over my current managed services, such as managed endpoint protection, anti-spam and backup?

Absolutely! Netcentrix have a full suite of products designed to help all aspects of security and productivity.

If I require support, how do I log a support ticket?

Support tickets can be logged in one of three ways:

  • Through the ServiceNow online portal
  • By sending us an email
  • Via a telephone call
Why is there a minimum of 30 days onboarding for Netcentrix to take over the support of our systems.

Simply put, we need time to prepare. We may have to arrange an audit of your systems and installation of our management tools, so we can gain remote access to your systems. Also, many customers have services that are tied into an existing provider and either need to be cancelled or migrated over to Netcentrix. We prefer to take the extra time needed to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.
