    Can you support businesses with an in-house IT team?

    Absolutely. N-Sure is designed to work either as a complete outsourced IT function or alongside an existing internal team.     What happens if something goes wrong outside of business hours?

    Standard N-Sure services operate during business hours (8 am to 6:15 pm, Mon to Fri), with 24-hour monitoring and alerting included across Server and Network Support. For businesses that need active engineer response outside of these hours, 24-hour remote and on-site support add-ons are available across both services.
