    N-Sure Network Support covers switches, routers, basic firewalls and access points. We manage devices across your LAN and WAN, and provide legacy firewall support for older devices on a reasonable endeavours basis. If you’re unsure whether your specific hardware is covered, our team is happy to advise.

    Is 24-hour monitoring included as standard?

    Yes. 24/7 monitoring with alerting is included in the standard service, so our team is aware of network issues around the clock. However, active engineer response outside of business hours (08:00–18:15, Monday to Friday) requires the optional 24/7 remote or on-site support add-on, giving you the level of cover that fits your specific risk appetite.

    Do we need in-house IT staff to use N-Sure Network Support?

    Not at all. N-Sure Network Support is designed to work as your network team, or alongside one if you already have it.
