We’re committed to reducing our energy consumption. To achieve this, we’ve upgraded to energy-efficient LED lighting throughout our offices, invested in electric vehicle charging stations at our Chorley Office, and are transitioning our car fleet to hybrid vehicles as leases expire.

We’re committed to reducing waste and promoting recycling. Our comprehensive waste management program includes providing designated recycling bins and partnering with Biffa to improve biodiversity and minimise our environmental impact.

Our employees have the opportunity to make a difference by volunteering their time to support environmental causes in our community. We encourage participation in initiatives like litter picks, tree planting, and conservation projects.

We’re working towards ISO 14001 certification to demonstrate our commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible business. By achieving this globally recognised standard, we’ll minimise our environmental impact, comply with regulations, and continuously improve our practices.

Our Integrated Management System (IMS) demonstrates our commitment to excellence. Since achieving ISO 9001 certification in 2015, we’ve added ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 45001, ensuring quality, security, and employee safety. We’re now working towards ISO 14001 and Cyber Essentials certification to further strengthen our sustainability and cybersecurity focus.

By assessing their ESG strategies and ensuring alignment with our values, we work collaboratively to drive positive environmental and social impact throughout our supply chain.

Our ESG committee is dedicated to continuous improvement. Through regular meetings and open dialogue, we gather feedback, learn from our experiences, and refine our strategies to ensure that ESG remains a core focus of our business.

We partner with Microsoft for their commitment to sustainability. They aim to be carbon negative by 2030 and match 100% of their electricity usage with zero carbon energy. Microsoft also empowers users with tools like the Environmental Sustainability Dashboard to track their environmental footprint, promoting a strong focus on reducing carbon impact across their operations.

We partner with Tech Data for their dedication to environmental responsibility. They focus on reducing their carbon footprint, setting emission reduction targets, and supporting vendors in sustainability efforts. Tech Data emphasises asset recycling and responsible disposal, promoting sustainable practices within the tech industry.

We partner with Ingram Micro for their leadership in IT asset disposition (ITAD). They manage the product lifecycle, from returns and refurbishment to remarketing and recycling. Ingram Micro also conducts assessments every three years to review energy use, emissions, waste, and material consumption, ensuring ongoing sustainability improvements.

We partner with Cisco for their commitment to sustainable growth, focusing on reducing GHG emissions and increasing renewable energy. Cisco promotes a Circular Economy, offers Takeback & Reuse policies, and supports remote working. Through initiatives like the Cisco Global Problem Solver Challenge, they engage communities in solving environmental and social issues.
