Location: Chorley, North West and Field Based
Full-time | £75 to 85K + Bonus + Benefits

We’re looking for a Head of Sales & Account Management who is hungry to make an impact and lead from the front.

This is a player-manager role in the truest sense: you’ll drive your own sales pipeline while building and leading a high-performing team around you. Who You Are

  • A top-performing B2B sales leader with deep experience in MSP, IT services, or technology sales.
  • Equally comfortable closing deals yourself and coaching others – you’re energised by both.
  • Skilled in building and scaling high-performing sales and account management teams.
  • Commercially sharp, target-driven, and obsessive about client success.
  • You thrive on autonomy and are ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full commercial lifecycle – net new sales, account growth, pipeline, forecasting, and retention.
  • Personally lead and close high-impact opportunities while growing your team around you.
  • Build and implement repeatable sales and account management processes, frameworks, and playbooks.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach high-performing account managers and BDMs.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and delivery to create alignment and momentum.
